The last decade has seen an astounding increase in the popularity of food trucks in cities, at festivals, in parks—and really everywhere. One of the hottest spots for enjoying the food-truck revolution, the Atlanta Food Truck Park and Market offers 32 trucks to choose from. With nearly every food type imaginable—including pizza, Mexican fare, BBQ, hot dogs, French fries, and ice cream—the park satisfies any food craving. Some of the trucks vend various other products, from farmer’s market fresh produce to bakery-quality pastries, natural bath and body products to beautifully handcrafted jewelry. Joining them soon will also be an arts market featuring up-and-coming local artists.
The Food Truck Park is open five days a week, depending on weather conditions: Wednesday, 11 a.m.-3 p.m.; Thursday and Friday, 11 a.m.-9 p.m.; Saturday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m.; and Sunday, 12 p.m.-7 p.m. Whether for lunch with coworkers, a family night out with the kids, or a date night with special someone, this local food-truck mecca has what you’re looking for.
